Ryan Hoy

Director

Ryan has over 15 years of experience within the construction industry. He began learning the very basics in residential developments. Over time Ryan started taking leading roles on site overseeing the construction of commercial and residential developments. Having worked for various companies, Ryan started running his own building company in 2013 buying and holding property. Work progressed fast and heavy resulting in the founding of Lannoy Group. From there Ryan joined forces to branch out into bigger financial projects and investments.

Gary Langley

Director

Gary began his working career in civil engineering over 16 years ago. Working on site it gave him experience and knowledge to move onto larger commercial work, undertaking whole project builds. In 2014 Gary began trading under his own name, building up relationships with many successful principal contractors. As the contracts grew, the work force followed. Moving forward, Gary began investing in residential property, building, and renovating for the rental market. After growing a portfolio, he incorporated his business with Ryan Hoy to develop Lannoy Group.
