Lannoy Group has three subsidiary companies that specialise is different aspects of the construction industry.
Investments
All our investments are purchased through ourselves and private investors, ranging from small renovations to large complex developments. We pride ourselves with only supplying high end builds to create an image for our portfolio. Our buy and hold strategy have enabled us to build a portfolio gaining leverage from major banks and other private investors. We work with a small minority of small investors who we trust have the same quality and intentions. We are always optimistic for new joint ventures, so please feel free to get in contact, but we do require full due diligence into any potential agreements.

Construction & civil engineering
Lannoy construction provides services to all types of clients such as commercial site contractors to residential clientele. We have a highly experienced workforce up and down the country providing reliable, consistent, and high-quality work ethic. We have built good working relationships with contractors across the country, involving us with clients such as McDonalds, KFC and Starbucks. Alongside our commercial contracts we offer services to residential development acting either on clientele work or our own investments. Feel free to get in touch if you have any upcoming projects.

To offer satisfactory requirements to our investments, we formed our Lannoy Maintenance and Service company. We cover 24-hour services, fast acting response times and cover all our investments across the UK.
